Hello,

It is not possible to reset your stats for the account. There is no one that can reset your stats for you in your game. The stats information can only be played from where it is.

This is correct. We are not able to reset the statistics on your account.

Hello,

Your stats cannot be reset for the game in any way as they can only be moved forward from where htey currently are. There is no method by which to reset your stats information for the account.

Are you able to connect to an online match currently?
